For over two decades, SB Architects has been one of the land planners and architects for this island resort community off the coast of Miami Beach. Using the island’s original, Mediterranean-style Vanderbilt estate as inspiration, the design team transformed this flat island into a private enclave of lavish resort condominiums and villas, set amid lushly landscaped open spaces and a 9-hole championship golf course.
