PRESERVING THE PAST
SB Architects preserved the existing historic façade, originally from Hooper’s South End Grain Warehouse, built in 1874. Curating a contemporary nine-story glass-and-steel frame luxury condominium building.
The Amenities
BOUTIQUE LIVING
The distinctive lobby and hospitality lounge for residents were inspired by boutique hotels and feature both bold and natural materials.
While the rooftop hosts an expansive terrace where residents can unwind and soak in the stunning panoramic views of the neighborhood.
