Oceanfront Delights

With the aim to function as a transformational space to allow for utmost flexibility, Marcus was designed as two separate restaurants, each with its own kitchen, to allow both floors to operate independently.

Contemporary Bahamian in Style

The clean-lined, orthogonal design features bi-fold windows and doors creating consistent connections to the outdoors.

Combining and contrasting the past with the present, the lower floors’ shingle roof transitions into a metal roof on the upper floor, with rope detailing to tie the two elements together.

A spatial interior, sprawling outdoor terrace, and an intimate bar setting with skylights create continuous ocean views for the guest, and an additional lush garden area studded with palm trees, welcoming guests straight from the beach.
