Pendry Lands in Park City with the Grand Opening of its First Year-Round Mountain Resort
From putting pen to paper six years ago, we’re excited to announce that Pendry Park City is officially open. The residences bring a new height of luxury and sophistication to the area. Known for its central location in the new Canyons Village, the contemporary ski-in, lift-out destination transforms the traditional alpine lodge into a modern European-inspired gathering place.

In conceptualizing the exclusive enclave, SB Architects considered what was missing from Canyons Village, and thought carefully about how the broader masterplan could evolve over time. Drawing inspiration from the natural surroundings, the studio departed from the traditional alpine lodge aesthetic to set a new standard for refined mountain living within a contemporary architectural vernacular. Influenced by the area’s rich mining history, and neighboring mountain ridges, the design is driven by the guest and owner experience. Residents will have protected balconies and large windows to showcase mountain views beyond and connect them to the art and activities in the nearby plaza.

SB Architects took inspiration from more contemporary ski destinations of Europe to reinterpret Park City’s past within a contemporary architectural vernacular. The plaza and podium take on angular forms that reference back to the mountain ridges while a patinaed metal recalls Park City’s mining history. With darker patinaed tones and stone juxtaposed with lighter wood and metal accents, the contemporary design highlights the project’s majestic natural surroundings. Units undulate to create protected balconies and floor to ceiling windows that maximize views from the living spaces toward the mountains and activities as they unfold across the plaza.
Located at the base of Park City Mountain Resort, Pendry Residences Park City is the new social hub of the revitalized Canyons Village. Featuring 150 fully serviced guestrooms and suites, ranging in size from studios to four-bedroom penthouse residences, and four unique lounge, restaurant, and bar experiences, including the only rooftop bar and pool in the area.
